If there is a date and time not available that you would prefer for a after hours appointment, please contact us via email or DM through Instagram to schedule. Just because the time slot is not listed on the site doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s not available. 𝚂𝙰𝚃𝙸𝚂𝙵𝙰𝙲𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽 𝙶𝚄𝙰𝚁𝙰𝙽𝚃𝙴𝙴𝙳 ———————————————— You have 48 hours to notify Maison de Mask if you are unsatisfied with your lashes. We offer a complimentary corrective 45 minute touch up. Your happiness is our priority. 𝙿𝚄𝙽𝙲𝚃𝚄𝙰𝙻𝙸𝚃𝚈 ———————— Time in between clients is utilized to sanitize and prep for the next appointment. If you do find yourself arriving early, feel free wait in our lobby. If you do find yourself arriving late, please notify us as soon as possible. If notified we will do our best and perform the service with the time allotted. 𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙴 𝙰𝚁𝚁𝙸𝚅𝙰𝙻𝚂 ————————— I ask for all new and existing clients to arrive on time for all appointments to ensure enough time for the best results. Clients arriving over more than 10 minutes late will be charged an extra $10.00. Anything exceeding over 15 minutes will be asked to reschedule as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the next client. I will try to accommodate you, however please understand that your appointment will be rescheduled based on my availability. I strive to accommodate all new and existing clients to the best of my ability. 𝙲𝙰𝙽𝙲𝙴𝙻𝙻𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽𝚂/𝙽𝙾 𝚂𝙷𝙾𝚆𝚂 ———————————————— Exceptions to this policy are not permitted. Maison de Mask sympathizes with illness and family emergencies, but we cannot be responsible for any last minute cancellations or no shows. One transfer per deposit is allowed. Rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid the 25% cancellation fee. You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid the 25% cancellation fee. The non-refundable deposit does not count towards cancellation fee. No call/No shows will be charged 50% of the service fee and will not be allowed to book future appointments. If more than (2) cancellations happen, Maison de Mask reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. 𝙴𝚇𝚃𝚁𝙰 𝙶𝚄𝙴𝚂𝚃𝚂 ————————- Extra guests over the age of 16 are allowed. They are free to wait in the lobby but may not enter the treatment room during treatment. Extra guests may not cause a disturbance to other beauty professionals. 𝙵𝙾𝚁𝙼𝚂 𝙾𝙵 𝙿𝙰𝚈𝙼𝙴𝙽𝚃 ———————————— Maison de Mask currently only accepts payments via Cash and/or through our POS system. 𝚆𝙰𝙸𝚅𝙴𝚁𝚂 —————- All required waivers must be signed and completed preferably at least 24hrs prior to your appointment. Failure to complete required forms in allotted time may result in appointment cancellation/rescheduling. 𝙵𝙾𝚁𝙴𝙸𝙶𝙽 𝙵𝙸𝙻𝙻𝚂 ————————— Maison de Mask accepts foreign fills for a flat rate of $100.00 to fill service of your choice. Due to inconsistencies of artist to artist technique and product, foreign fills are not applicable for stylized sets. 𝙷𝚈𝙶𝙸𝙴𝙽𝙴 —————— To ensure the best possible retention, lashes must be free of makeup, dirt, and debris. This includes the following; mascara, powder, cream, gel products, strip lash glue, dead skin, oils etc. A complimentary cleansing is provided with every service. Be aware that cleansing consumes more time out of your fill appointment. More time cleaning, means less time you will have for your service. Showering prior to your appointment eliminates any unnecessary contact with heat or steam within the first 24 hours. This will insure that the bond between the semi permanent lashes and your natural lashes is cured. 𝙲𝙰𝙵𝙵𝙴𝙸𝙽𝙴 —————— Do not have any type of caffeine the day of your appointment. This includes beverages and any medications. Caffeine causes the following side effects: * Uncontrollable restlessness * Nervousness * Raised heart rate * Breathing rate These side effects may cause your eyes to tremor at a fast speed and possibly flicker open. Which makes it nearly impossible to apply eyelash extensions and may cause irritation due to glue fumes entering the eyes. Maison de Mask reserves the right to refuse service and may result in your appointment to end and 100% of the service will be required at the end of the appointment. 𝙲𝙾𝙽𝚃𝙰𝙲𝚃 𝙻𝙴𝙽𝚂𝙴𝚂 ——————————— Your eyes will be closed during the application of your eyelash extensions and during any facial services. It is suggested that contacts are removed and reapplied after service. This allows the eyes to be comfortable in a natural and rested state and avoids any discomfort. 𝙲𝙾𝙼𝙵𝙾𝚁𝚃 —————— It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and have a snack/meal prior. You will have the option to dress into one of our clean spa robes for a relaxing experience. You will be lying down for a long periods of time with dimmed lights and soft music (or music of your choice from our curated playlists) as your backdrop during your appointment. This will allow you to make the most of this time to relax and be pampered. Proper garments will be provided for facial treatments. 𝙲𝙾𝙽𝚂𝚄𝙻𝚃𝙰𝚃𝙸𝙾𝙽𝚂 ———————— Consultations will be given prior to each service. It is important that clients are truthful during consultations to avoid any contraindications during services. Facial treatments initial consultations ARE REQUIRED via zoom before in-office visits. Please book accordingly. Consultations are complimentary but do require a non-refundable deposit that will go towards your initial in office appointment.
